Qualifications

Required

- 3 to 5 years of experience in GraphTalk development and/or Pathfinder process configuration
- Strong understanding of business process and workflow concepts
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and the claims lifecycle
- Experience with workflow configuration, task routing, process states, automated actions,



and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical workflow solutions

Preferred
- Experience with business process management (BPM) or workflow technologies, including Camunda, Pega, Appian, Guidewire workflows, or other enterprise BPM/workflow platforms
- BPM or workflow development experience with insurance exposure
- Robust claims experience with other insurance platforms, particularly with development or process-design capabilities
- Strong claims functional expertise with demonstrated technical or development capabilities and aptitude for process and workflow design

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, develop, maintain, and enhance business processes and workflows within GraphTalk Pathfinder
- Design workflow solutions that support insurance claims processes
- Configure task routing, process states and transitions, automated actions, workflow rules, and service-level agreements
- Translate claims business requirements into workflow and process configurations
- Analyze and troubleshoot process and workflow issues
- Collaborate with claims business teams, business analysts, developers, and other technical stakeholders
- Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment,



and production support
- Identify opportunities to improve claims workflows and process efficiency
- Maintain technical and functional documentation for configured processes
