Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Agency

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience, preferably from a Digital Marketing, Advertising or Creative Agency.

You’ll create high-quality visual content for social media, Meta/Google Ads, branding, websites and digital marketing campaigns across multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing creatives.
- Design branding materials, presentations, banners and marketing collateral.
- Create website, landing page and blog visuals.
- Handle image editing, retouching and creative adaptations.
- Develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Collaborate with content, marketing and strategy teams.

Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe InDesign / CorelDRAW
- Strong typography, layout, composition and colour sense
- Social media & digital advertising design
- Branding / visual identity




- Image editing & retouching
- Good communication and time management

Good to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro/CapCut, Motion Graphics, AI design tools and basic UI/UX knowledge.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience
- Digital/Advertising Agency experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, advertising and branding work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
- Strong attention to detail

This is not a fresher/entry-level position.
