About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic & Visual Designer who can take ownership of our design requirements across social media, marketing, sales and digital campaigns.

The role involves creating static and video content, along with brochures, presentations, sales decks, campaign creatives and other marketing collateral.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Design both static creatives and short-form videos/reels.
- Create brochures, one-pagers, company profiles, flyers and other marketing collateral.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and sales presentations.
- Create creatives for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics, animations and video content when required.
- Adapt creatives into different formats and dimensions for different platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within timelines.

Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic/visual design.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.




- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva or similar tools.
- Good understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Solid PowerPoint presentation and deck-design skills.
- Good understanding of social media formats and creative requirements.
- Ability to take a brief and independently develop the creative.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience creating Reels and other short-form video content.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video generation tools.
- Experience working with digital marketing or advertising teams.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives.
- Experience creating B2B marketing content and sales collateral.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative, versatile and hands-on.

You should be comfortable moving between a social media post, a short video, a brochure, a presentation and a digital campaign creative. You should be able to take a rough brief, develop the visual direction and deliver the final creative with minimal supervision.

This is a hands-on design role covering social media, video, presentations and marketing collateral.
