Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and engaging video assets that strengthen the company's brand identity across digital and print platforms. The role involves designing marketing collateral, social media creatives, corporate branding materials, presentations, and promotional videos while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements.

 Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, presentations, company profiles, and other branding materials.

 Develop creative concepts aligned with the company's branding guidelines.

 Edit and produce high-quality promotional, corporate, training, and social media videos.

 Create motion graphics, animated reels, and short-form video content for digital platforms.

 Design marketing materials for online and offline campaigns.

 Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.

 Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Business Development teams for creative requirements.

 Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.

 Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and project files.

 Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques, and video editing technologies.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

 Proficiency in Adobe InDesign





 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

 Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

 Strong knowledge of Canva

 Working knowledge of CorelDRAW

 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) for presentation and document design.

 Strong understanding of Motion Graphics and animation principles.

 Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.

 Experience in photo editing, image retouching, and video post-production.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia,

Animation, or a related field.

 Relevant certifications in Graphic Design or Video Editing will be an added advantage.

 A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video editing work is mandatory.
