Experience : 1-1.5 Years The Fox Advertisement is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor Executive who can handle day-to-day creative execution across multiple client accounts and, equally importantly, bring fresh thinking, new visual ideas and awareness of modern creative tools into the team.

We do not want someone who only knows how to repeat the same design format every month.

We are looking for a person who actively explores new design trends, new editing styles, AI-assisted workflows, new creative tools and better ways of producing content faster and more effectively.

What You Will Work OnYou will work on creative requirements for brands across sectors such as education, automotive, hospitality, D2C, professional services, corporate businesses and other industries.

Your responsibilities will include

- Designing static social media creatives
- Creating carousel posts and story creatives
- Designing campaign and promotional creatives
- Creating Meta Ads and other performance-marketing creatives
- Editing Instagram/Facebook Reels and short-form videos
- Working with raw footage, stock footage and client-provided content
- Adding subtitles, text animation, music, transitions and sound effects
- Creating strong reel hooks and opening frames
- Creating basic motion graphics where required
- Adapting creatives for different platforms and dimensions
- Creating visual assets for landing pages, websites and presentations when required
- Following individual brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
- Incorporating client and internal feedback accurately
- Maintaining organised source/editable files and project folders

What We Expect Beyond Basic ExecutionThis role is not only about knowing Photoshop, Canva or Premiere Pro.

We want someone who brings creative curiosity and new thinking.

You should be willing to regularly explore:

- New graphic-design styles




- Emerging reel/editing formats
- AI image and video tools
- AI-assisted design workflows
- New plugins, templates and creative platforms
- Better stock-footage and visual-research methods
- Faster production workflows
- New content formats
- Social media trends
- Performance-ad creative trends
- Competitor creative approaches
- Different visual directions for different industries

If there is a tool that can make the output better, faster or more contemporary, we expect you to be curious enough to explore it. Creative Thinking MattersWe work with multiple brands, so every brand should not look the same.

You should be able to understand that:

- An educational institution needs a different visual language from a D2C brand.
- A corporate business should not look like a youth-focused Instagram page.
- An automotive brand may require a different pace and visual treatment from a hospitality brand.
- Performance-ad creatives may need to be more conversion-focused than regular organic content.

We are looking for someone who can understand a brief and then think: “How can I make this visually better?”

rather than only:

“What template should I use?”

Skills We Are Looking ForYou should ideally have:

- Positive visual and aesthetic sense
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing and layout
- Good understanding of colours and visual hierarchy
- Social-media-first design thinking
- Short-form video-editing ability
- Ability to understand references without directly copying them
- Ability to create variations and experiment with different approaches
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Comfort with revisions and feedback
- Ability to work independently after receiving a clear brief




- Willingness to continuously improve your work

Preferred ToolsWorking knowledge of some of the following would be useful:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video-editing tools
- AI-based image/video/design tools

You do not need to know every tool listed above. We care more about whether you can create strong output and are willing to learn new tools quickly.

Important RequirementCandidates should have their own laptop/system capable of handling graphic-design and video-editing work.

A portfolio is required.
