Role SummaryRainbow Secure is seeking a creative, hands-on Graphic & Digital Content Designer + Video Editor to create high-quality visual and video content for social media, digital campaigns, events, websites, presentations, and sales materials.

This role will work closely with marketing, leadership, technical experts, and sales to transform cybersecurity and identity-security concepts into clear, engaging, and professional visual content.

Success in this position means consistently producing creative work that is visually strong, on-brand, technically clear, and delivered on time, while supporting Rainbow Secure's marketing, sales, and market-visibility initiatives.

Recommended Experience: 4+ years. However, portfolio quality, creativity, and demonstrated capabilities matter more than years of experience.

Responsibilities

- Create professional graphics for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including posts, carousels, infographics, and thought-leadership content.
- Design digital advertising, campaign, webinar, event, and promotional graphics.
- Create professional presentations, pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Develop website graphics, banners, campaign visuals, icons, and landing-page creative.
- Create compelling YouTube thumbnails and video promotional assets.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, website, and YouTube.
- Edit product demonstrations, webinars, interviews, customer stories, educational content, and event videos.
- Repurpose longer videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
- Add captions, titles, transitions, lower thirds, branded intros/outros, callouts, and other visual elements to video content.
- Create basic motion graphics and animated elements where appropriate.
- Translate complex cybersecurity and identity-security concepts into simple, professional visual communication.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography,



layouts, colors, and visual standards across creative assets.
- Build and maintain reusable graphic and video templates to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and technical teams to understand creative requirements and deliver finished assets.
- Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback efficiently, and deliver work within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant graphic design and/or video-editing experience preferred, although exceptional candidates with robust portfolios will also be considered.
- Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating high-quality professional work.
- Strong video-editing portfolio or showreel, including short-form and long-form content.
- Experience creating LinkedIn and B2B social media graphics and carousels.
- Experience with infographics, digital advertising creative, event graphics, and campaign assets.
- Experience designing presentations, pitch decks, brochures, sales collateral, and website graphics.
- Strong video-editing capabilities, including captions, transitions, lower thirds, branded intros/outros, and visual effects.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Proficiency with relevant design and video tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or comparable tools.
- Ability to simplify technical information and communicate it effectively through visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity security is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement: Candidates should include both graphic design samples and video-editing examples with their application.
