About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team at Zariyaa – The Happiness Company.

You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital platforms, events, campaigns and internal communication. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands visual storytelling and can turn ideas into compelling graphics and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create creatives for social media, campaigns, events, presentations, brochures and marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing designs while maintaining Zariyaa’s brand identity.
- Design event collaterals such as posters, standees, banners, activity boards and digital screens.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales and events teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into visuals.
- Create concepts and design variations based on campaign objectives.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, events and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, event after-movies, testimonials and corporate content.
- Add transitions, text, music, sound effects, subtitles and other elements to enhance storytelling.
- Edit raw event footage into engaging and polished final videos.
- Adapt videos into different formats and dimensions for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.





What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Experience with After Effects, Canva or other motion/video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently as well as with a team.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and try new ideas.

Good to Have
- Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience working on events, lifestyle, wellness or experiential campaigns.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
