About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Brand teams to create high-quality visual content across social media, digital campaigns, web, email, and other brand touchpoints.

This role is suited for someone who has a strong foundation in design, a good eye for detail, and is excited to work in a fast-paced environment where they can learn, experiment, and contribute to building a growing D2C brand.

Role and Responsibility:

1) Asset Creation:

· Design and produce high-quality brand and marketing assets across Social, Web, Email, and digital platforms.

· Adapt creative assets into different formats and sizes based on platform and campaign requirements.

- Campaign & Ad Creatives:

· Design creative assets for paid social and digital marketing campaigns.

· Work with the Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into effective visual creatives.

3) Visual Storytelling:

· Translate brand stories, product features, educational content, and marketing concepts into clear and compelling visual communication.

· Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand and visually engaging designs.

· Create visuals that communicate the brand's message while remaining clean, relevant, and engaging.

4) Brand Consistency:





· Ensure all creatives are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall aesthetic.

· Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, hierarchy, imagery, colours, and layouts.

· Develop a strong understanding of the brand and apply it consistently across different creative requirements.

· Support the team in maintaining consistency across day-to-day brand assets.

5) Quality & Speed:

· Maintain a high standard of visual quality while working within timelines.

· Manage multiple design requirements and prioritise tasks effectively.

· Ensure final assets are accurate, polished, and delivered in the required formats.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role.

· A strong design sensibility with a natural eye for detail.

· An understanding that great design is not just about aesthetics, but also about explicit and effective communication.

· Comfort with taking a brief or idea and turning it into a finished creative.

· An AI-first approach to design, using AI tools to improve ideation, speed, and creative execution.

· A learning mindset, with openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
