Fixzy is an urban services platform that connects customers with trusted professionals for everyday services such as electricians, plumbers, repairs, salon services and other doorstep solutions.

We are building a strong and recognizable brand in the urban services space and are looking for a Graphic Designer who can contribute to both our creative communication and day-to-day social media presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on individual who can independently handle static graphic design, social media creatives, basic video editing, content creation and social media management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, good visual design skills, and a practical understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content and creatives that communicate Fixzy's services, offers, campaigns, customer stories and brand personality.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design
- Create engaging static creatives for Fixzy's social media platforms.
- Design Instagram posts, Stories, banners, promotional creatives and advertisements.
- Create creatives for offers, campaigns, festivals, events and brand communication.
- Design customer communication materials, brochures, flyers, standees and other marketing collaterals.
- Create creatives for WhatsApp marketing and customer campaigns.




- Resize and adapt creatives according to different platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in Fixzy's brand identity, colours, typography and visual style.
- Use CorelDRAW for designing and preparing marketing materials.

Social Media Management

- Basic Knowledge of Publishing posts, Stories and Reels across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand upcoming campaigns and convert them into social media content.
- Write or assist with basic captions and social media copy.
- Research relevant social media trends, formats, sounds and content ideas.
- Assist in responding to basic comments, messages and social media interactions when required.

Content Creation

- Generate creative content ideas around Fixzy's services and customers.
- Convert marketing ideas into visually engaging social media content.
- Work with the marketing team to create content for campaigns and launches.
- Identify opportunities for Reels, Stories, carousels and other engaging formats.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
- Create basic promotional and informational videos.
- Add subtitles, text, music, transitions and basic effects.
- Repurpose existing footage and creatives into social media content.
- Shoot basic mobile content when required.
- Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools will be an advantage.
