Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, branding, and business presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design engaging social media posts, advertisements, and promotional creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials.
- Use AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts, enhance images, and streamline the design process.
- Create and edit product visuals, packaging mockups, and promotional designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to understand design requirements and campaign objectives.
- Convert creative briefs and business requirements into effective visual designs.




- Edit images, illustrations, and videos when required for marketing purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
- Practical experience using AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or other AI-based creative platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create professional social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Basic knowledge of image editing, branding, and print design.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging design, product visualization, or creating packaging mockups.
- Familiarity with AI image generation, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted editing workflows.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
