About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with solid expertise in Adobe Photoshop and an interest in AI-powered creative workflows.

The ideal candidate should have a solid visual sense, good understanding of composition and typography, and the ability to create high-quality social media, marketing, promotional, and festival creatives.

You will work on creative concepts from idea to final design while using modern AI tools to improve creativity, speed, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media, marketing, promotional, and festival creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Use Adobe Photoshop as the primary design tool.
- Edit and enhance images, backgrounds, products, and visual elements.
- Create different creative variations for campaigns and social media.
- Use AI image-generation tools to explore concepts and create visual assets.
- Work on multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop visual content.
- Maintain consistency in branding,



typography, composition, and overall visual quality.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong/Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop — Mandatory.
- Good understanding of composition, typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into an effective visual.
- Good time-management and multitasking skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital creative work.

AI Skills – Big Plus
- Experience with AI image-generation tools.
- Familiarity with Google Nano Banana, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Ability to write effective prompts for generating creative visual concepts.
- Interest in using AI to improve design speed, ideation, image editing, and creative workflows.
