We work with Indian and global clients, and we are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to take ownership of design output across live accounts.

As a Graphic Designer at Lifecraft Studio, you will design for brands out in the market, with real briefs, real deadlines, and real client feedback. This is a full-time role with actual responsibility from day one: you will read a brief, ask the right questions, design inside the client's brand system, and take your work through review. Freshers and designers with up to two years of experience are both welcome, as long as the portfolio shows a strong eye and the willingness to be pushed.

Expect to grow fast and end the year with finished, shipped work behind your name.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design social media creatives for Instagram and LinkedIn across client accounts: posts, carousels, story formats, and static ad creatives
- Work on brand identity projects: logo exploration, color systems, typography, mood boards, and brand guideline documents
- Design marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, catalogues, packaging, one-pagers, and campaign creatives
- Build and maintain client style guides, design templates, and asset libraries so output stays consistent
- Support the web team with website visuals, landing page layouts, and UI assets




- Prepare print-ready and web-ready files with correct color modes, bleed, and export specifications
- Turn campaign direction from the content and marketing team into clear visual execution
- Track your own deliverables across parallel accounts and flag blockers early
- Keep up with design trends, tools, and references, and bring fresh ideas into client work

Requirements:

- 0 to 2 years of graphic design experience; freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome to apply
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma, Canva, or InDesign is a plus
- A strong sense of layout, color, hierarchy, and typography
- A portfolio of client, internship, freelance, or academic design work (mandatory for this role)
- Ability to work inside an existing brand system, not only design from a blank page
- Basic understanding of print production and digital export requirements
- Comfortable with direct feedback and fast revision cycles
- Basic motion or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, Canva video) are a plus
- Organized, proactive, and accountable for your own deadlines
- Available to join immediately
