: Graphic Designer

Location: Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Kerala

Salary Range: Up to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create visually striking designs for our digital and print needs. The ideal candidate has a valuable eye for layout, color, and typography, and can turn ideas into designs that strengthen brand identity and perform well on social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, ad creatives, and story/reel covers
- Create brand identity materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, business cards, and presentations
- Design website graphics, email newsletters, and landing page visuals
- Adapt designs across platforms and sizes (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, print)
- Work with the content, video, and SEO teams to deliver campaign-aligned visuals
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, and fonts
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions quickly
- Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines




- Keep up with design trends and new tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva or CorelDRAW is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to create designs for both digital and print media
- Basic knowledge of social media design specifications
- Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management
- Ability to take feedback and work in a team

Preferred Skills

- Basic video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with Figma or UI design for web pages
- Knowledge of Malayalam typography and design for local audiences
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Firefly, and the ability to refine their output
- Basic photography or photo retouching skills
