Job Title: Graphic Designer

Company: FLiCKA Cosmetics | Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Design static and motion creatives for Meta and Google ads — performance-first, high-volume iteration to keep creative fresh

- Create social content: IG feed, stories, reels covers, and WhatsApp broadcast creatives

- Build e-commerce assets: website banners, PDP/A+ content, and marketplace listing images (Nykaa, Amazon)

- Adapt packaging artwork and design print/POSM material for retail counters

- Maintain brand consistency across all three tiers — Tomato by FLiCKA, FLiCKA, and FLiCKA Qualified

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of design experience, beauty/D2C preferred

- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects/Premiere a strong plus

- Solid grasp of performance creative — hooks, thumb-stopping visuals, all ad placements/sizes

- Portfolio mandatory

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
