About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can create premium, visually engaging designs for large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, stay updated with the latest design trends, and be comfortable using AI-powered design and image-generation tools to create high-quality and unique event creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality posters and creatives for large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Create visually appealing event posters, social media creatives, banners, digital advertisements, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Develop AI-generated posters and creative concepts using modern AI tools.
- Use AI tools effectively for image generation, creative ideation, visual enhancement, and design experimentation.
- Understand event themes, branding requirements, target audiences, and convert them into compelling visual designs.
- Create premium and modern designs that stand out in competitive event and promotional environments.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and design variations when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing, events, and business development teams to understand requirements.
- Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines, especially during major events and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across different event and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with latest graphic design trends, AI design tools, typography, layouts, visual styles, and creative techniques.
- Take ownership of assigned design projects from concept to final delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design principles, typography, composition,



color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating event and promotional posters.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to create premium and professional-looking designs.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative and image-generation tools.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
- Ability to combine traditional graphic design skills with AI-generated visual content.
- Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital formats.
- Ability to work with different brand guidelines and creative requirements.

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

- Candidates with experience designing for events, exhibitions, conferences, corporate campaigns, or large-scale promotions will have an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory and will be considered as an important part of the selection process.
