Job Overview

As the Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the company, overseeing the design team, and ensuring that all creative work aligns with our brand strategy and objectives. This position requires a mix of leadership skills, advanced design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple design projects, ensuring design excellence, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Projects: Take ownership of large, complex design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand standards, maintaining consistency across all platforms and mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Creative Direction: Provide visionary design leadership and contribute to the development of creative strategies for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver designs that support strategic business goals, drive engagement, and enhance user experience.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality, on-brand graphic designs including digital ads, website elements, email templates, brochures, social media posts, product packaging, and more.
- Process Optimization: Oversee design processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of design assets. Implement best practices for file management and workflow.
- Creative Review: Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by junior designers and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the team's design approach.
- Client/Stakeholder Interaction: When necessary, interact with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and ensure that their expectations are met with creative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts,



Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Design Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading design teams, providing creative direction, and mentoring junior designers.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and print materials. Your portfolio should demonstrate a mix of creative innovation, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present design concepts and ideas to senior leadership and clients.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, quality, and precision in all aspects of design.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to approach design challenges creatively and think outside the box to find solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments (marketing, product, etc.).
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize design tasks based on business needs.
