Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune District.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and internal communication pieces.

Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, collaborating with marketing and business teams to understand requirements, and translating briefs into explicit visual outputs. The role involves creating logos and brand elements, selecting appropriate typography, preparing files for production,



and ensuring consistency across all design deliverables.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain design libraries, and stay updated on design trends relevant to the group’s diverse business verticals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities for multiple brands.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for both digital and print media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and familiarity with design best practices and current trends.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; experience in corporate or agency environments is an advantage.
