Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer and Video Editor role based in Indore. The role involves designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and educational content aligned with the brand’s goals.

The Graphic

Designer and Video Editor will plan and produce video content such as explainer videos, promotional clips, student stories, and short-form content for various platforms, handling tasks like storyboarding, editing, and basic motion graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and academic teams, translating complex information into clear visual narratives,



maintaining consistent branding, and optimizing designs for different formats and devices. The role also requires managing project timelines, organizing design and video assets, and adapting content based on performance metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visuals for educational and marketing purposes.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a good understanding of layout, readability, and design hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to edit and produce video content for social media, web, and presentations, including basic motion graphics and sound integration.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from concepts, briefs, and scripts.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in Indore in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant education in design, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in education, study-abroad, or career services domains is an advantage.
