Graphic Design Intern LXL Ideas

Duration: 3–6 months

LXL Ideas is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing and creative communication across our various brands and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics and visual content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
- Design marketing collaterals, presentations, posters and event creatives.
- Support the team in developing creative concepts and visual ideas.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams on ongoing campaigns.
- Adapt designs into different formats and platforms as required.

Skills Required
- Robust understanding of graphic design,



layout, typography and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Good sense of colour, composition and aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, After Effects or video editing will be an advantage.

Portfolio is mandatory. Who we're looking for: Someone who is genuinely interested in design, enjoys experimenting with creative ideas and can translate concepts into clean, engaging visuals.
