Fresher Openings for - Techno Commercial Support In this role, you will assist customers, addressing commercial requirements about Festo products and services through email, chat, and telephone interactions. You will collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Logistics, and Production, to ensure customer needs are fulfilled efficiently and within the required timelines.

Your job

- Generate quotations based on customer enquiry and register orders via SAP system
- Maintain daily track reports as per the template, provide orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status using SAP and managed customer interactions through the CRM system
- Maintain global defined KPIs

Your qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or M.Sc. in Physics, Maths or Chemistry
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a global environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
