Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support manufacturing operations and engineering activities at the Bhopal facility in a full-time, in office role. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with production planning, monitoring equipment performance, and supporting process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers. The trainee will help collect and analyze operational data, participate in root-cause investigations, and contribute to implementation of safety and quality standards.
The role involves preparing technical documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and learning plant procedures and compliance requirements. Over time, the trainee is expected to take on more responsibility in small projects and contribute to efficiency, reliability, and cost-optimization efforts.
