Role Description The Graduate Engineer will support senior consultants and engineers in delivering Vertical Transportation and Façade Access projects across various building types and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with technical analyses, preparing drawings and documentation, supporting feasibility and concept design work, and contributing to tender and construction-stage activities under supervision. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, helping prepare reports and presentations for clients,



and maintaining accurate project records and calculations.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tamil Nadu, India, with a combination of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in engineering principles (e.g., mechanical, civil, electrical or related discipline) with a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and support preparation of design documents and reports.
- Analytical and numerical skills to assist with calculations, simulations, and performance assessments for building systems.
- Proficiency with common engineering and office software (e.g., CAD tools, MS Office, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn specialist applications.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, contribute to client-facing documents, and participate in meetings.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Interest in building design, vertical transportation, façade access, safety, and lifecycle asset management, with a readiness to develop expertise in these areas.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
