Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage audience targeting, campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work with the content and design team to improve ad creatives and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong practical knowledge of running paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
