We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and develop Google Ads strategies based on business goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

- Set up, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and budget planning.

- Create and optimize ad copy, headlines, descriptions, assets, and landing-page strategies.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, keywords, search terms, and audience segments.

- Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate performance measurement.

- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, negative keywords, audience refinement, and budget allocation.





- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance and reducing acquisition costs.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Google Analytics, automation, AI-powered advertising, and paid media trends.

- Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and marketing teams to develop effective campaign assets and strategies.
