We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Digital Marketing Expert with preferably Ayurveda/Healthcare industry experience to manage and optimize our hospital's online advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality patient enquiries, improving online visibility, and achieving measurable ROI through Google Ads and other Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Ayurveda treatments and hospital services.

- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.

- Generate high-quality patient leads and enquiries while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.

- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and other key metrics.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

- Regularly optimize keywords, search terms, bids, budgets, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.

- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, video, and patient-care teams for campaign creatives and landing pages.





- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify new opportunities for patient acquisition.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

- Ensure that healthcare and Ayurveda advertising follows applicable Google Ads policies and healthcare advertising guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Positive understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.

- Experience with landing-page optimization and remarketing.

- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

- Previous experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, hospital, wellness, or medical marketing.

- Experience handling campaigns for Panchakarma, chronic conditions, wellness programs, and Ayurveda treatments.

- Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
