GrowthHive Media is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist who has worked in a digital marketing agency workplace and has hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.

⚠️ Important:

Candidates with only vendor, freelance, or in-house company experience will not be considered. We are specifically looking for professionals with agency-side experience.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Shopping)

✅ Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously

✅ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

✅ Improve campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and lead quality

✅ Track conversions using Google Tag Manager & GA4





✅ Prepare monthly performance reports and client insights

✅ Collaborate with SEO, Meta Ads, and creative teams

✅ Managed multiple MCCs simultaneously, with hands-on experience in billing management across child accounts.

✅ Managed a client portfolio with a minimum combined monthly ad spend of $10M+.

✅ Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience

✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads and campaign optimization

✔ Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking

✔ Proven track record of generating leads and improving ROAS

✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and industries

? Preferred:

➕ Google Ads Certifications

➕ Experience with Meta Ads is a plus

➕ Strong analytical and reporting skills
