Role Description
HDFC Bank seeks a Gold Loan Sales Officer for a full-time on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and generating new gold loan business, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan disbursal processes.
Additional responsibilities include assessing gold valuations, educating customers about loan terms, and achieving sales targets.
The role requires continuous collaboration with team members and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Solid sales skills and a proven ability to achieve financial targets
- Experience in customer relationship management and providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of loan products, especially gold loans, and financial services
- Strong evaluation and analytical skills, particularly for gold appraisal
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using banking or sales tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
