Operations Management

Plan, deploy and monitor guards, supervisors and field officers across all sites

Implement site-specific SOPs, post orders and duty rosters

Review daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and MIS

Conduct regular site inspections, audits and surprise checks

Manage incidents, emergencies and escalations effectively

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular reviews and meetings

Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and continuously improve service quality

Conduct site surveys and manage manpower planning and mobilisation for current sites

Support contract renewals and client retention

Coordinate recruitment, deployment and replacement of security personnel

Oversee attendance, shift planning and relief arrangements





Drive training, discipline and performance standards

Reduce attrition and ensure consistent manpower availability

Ensure compliance with the PSARA Act and controlling authority requirements

Ensure adherence to labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus and the Contract Labour Act

Maintain records of police verification, training and licensing for all personnel

Keep documentation audit-ready for client and government inspections

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
