NWe are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.

NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP
N
- Develop Sales & RevenueGrowth strategies
N
- Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisure
N
- Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
N




- Lead Sales & Marketing with clear targets and accountability
N
- Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability
N

nREQUIREMENTS

- 12–18 years of Hospitality experience
N
- Solid background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development
N
- Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred
N
- Strong Goa market network will be an advantage
N
- Commercial mindset withstrong leadership and business development skills
N
