Role Description The Global Visa Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The person in this role will guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, and application processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. Daily responsibilities include assessing client profiles, advising on suitable visa options, preparing and reviewing application forms and supporting documents, and coordinating appointments with embassies or consulates.

Consultant will also track application statuses, follow up with authorities when needed, and keep clients informed of progress and any additional requirements.



The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa laws and policies, providing clear communication, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex visa procedures clearly and respectfully.
- Experience in visa consulting, travel services, immigration support, or a related field, preferably with global or multi-country exposure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail in handling documents and deadlines.
- Ability to research and interpret visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and travel requirements using reliable sources.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and online application portals, with comfort in handling digital documentation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage for working with diverse clients and destinations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Relevant academic background or professional training in travel, tourism, international relations, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
