Hiring: Global Customer Support Executive

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support Team handling US & UK clients.

Role Overview:

As a Global Customer Support Associate, you will interact with international customers through Voice, Chat, and Email. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through Voice & Non-Voice channels.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate with US/UK customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:





- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits; CTC: 21,000-37,000/month

Night Shift Allowance: 5,000 -7,000
