We are looking for German-speaking freshers for an exciting Apprentice opportunity in Gurgaon. Candidates must have completed their German B1 certification across all four modules and possess valuable communication skills in both German and English.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- German B1 certification completed in all 4 modules
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Must be available for immediate joining
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide support in German and English.
- Assist customers with their concerns through effective communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and communication standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: 24,000 per month
