We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Executive to handle client communication, translation, and query resolution for our German-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, comfortable with both voice and reading, and able to accurately translate travel-related content and conversations. Roles & Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats with German-speaking clients. Translating itineraries, packages, and travel documents between German and English.

Assisting clients with queries related to bookings, packages, and travel plans in German. Ensuring clear, skilled, and culturally appropriate communication with German-speaking customers. Maintaining records of client interactions and translated documents.

Escalating complex queries to the relevant department while ensuring timely follow-up.



Requirements : Fluency in German (spoken and Reading) Prior experience in customer support, translation, or the travel/BPO industry preferred. Freshers can also apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with phone, email, and chat support. Candidates must be willing to work from the Saket office. Prior customer support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
