Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Service to lead the overall service operations at our Hyundai workshop at Rama Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workshop profitability, customer satisfaction, service quality, team management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Operations: Oversee daily workshop operations, including vehicle servicing, repairs, body shop coordination (if applicable), and timely vehicle delivery.
- Business Development: Achieve service revenue targets, improve labour sales, increase customer retention and drive business growth.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints and maintain Hyundai service standards.
- Workshop Management: Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, bay utilisation,



job card management and turnaround time (TAT).
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage Service Managers, Workshop Managers, Service Advisors, technicians and support staff.
- Financial Management: Monitor service profitability, operating costs, manpower expenses and overall workshop performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to Hyundai's service processes, technical standards, safety guidelines and warranty policies.
- Customer Retention: Implement initiatives to improve repeat business, customer loyalty and service follow-ups.
- Performance Monitoring: Review key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare MIS reports and implement corrective actions.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales, spare parts, warranty and CRM teams to ensure smooth operations.
