Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader (GM / VP level) to drive HR strategy, Talent Acquisition (TA), and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) for our Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in scaling large-scale service delivery teams with strong business acumen and executive stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership: Align overall HR strategy with business goals, serving as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and global executives.





Talent Acquisition Strategy: Oversee high-volume and specialized hiring across IT, BPO, and KPO business lines while optimizing time-to-hire, recruitment technology, and cost per hire.

HR Business Partnering: Drive end-to-end talent management, performance management, employee retention, and culture transformation initiatives across large workforce units.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal C-suite executives, cross-functional leadership, and external partners.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of TA specialists and HR Business Partners.

Important: Mumbai location and BPO/IT/KPO experience are mandatory.
