The General Manager - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, construction, and real estate development. /n Responsibilities: /n Project Planning & Management: /n /n

- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.

- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.

- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.

- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any financial risks or issues.

- Approve project expenditures and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction and development activities meet the required specifications.

- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
