Position: General Manager – Civil

Location: Head Office, Faridabad

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil Engineering

Preferred Profile:

Candidates having strong experience in industrial construction projects and/or projects executed for Government Departments/PSUs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Overall leadership and management of civil construction activities
- Planning, execution and monitoring of projects within cost and schedule
- Coordination with clients, consultants, Government Departments and subcontractors
- Technical review and guidance to project/site teams
- Resource, manpower and subcontractor management
- Monitoring of quality, safety, productivity and contractual compliance
- Review of tenders, estimates and project-related commercial matters
- Providing strategic inputs to the management for project execution and business growth

Ideal Candidate:

A mature and result-oriented Civil Engineering professional with strong leadership skills, sound technical knowledge and substantial experience in industrial/government construction projects.
