- Profit and Loss (P&L;): Manages both revenue generation and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Operations Oversight: Directs day-to-day business functions and aligns them with long-term goals.
- Staff Management: Supervises lower-level managers, handles hiring strategies, and oversees workforce productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Develops budgets, allocates resources, and implements company policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
