Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Property Management Services (PMS) to lead and manage the overall operations of our residential property management business. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, maintenance activities, client relationships, team management, and business growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Property Management Services (PMS) division and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage a portfolio of residential and rental properties.
- Supervise and guide Property Managers, Facility Managers, Technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely property inspections, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.




- Drive revenue growth through client retention and expansion of PMS services.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies.
- Track team performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate Operations, Facility Management, or a similar field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multiple properties and operational teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
