Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The General

Manager oversees day-to-day operations across procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure adherence to international standards and certifications. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring operational efficiency and cost control.

The General

Manager collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning, business development, and expansion of global markets, while maintaining robust relationships with clients, suppliers,



and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities also include risk management, compliance with food safety and export regulations, and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Operational and supply chain management experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or export-oriented manufacturing.

- Knowledge of quality assurance, food safety standards, and certifications (ISO, HACCP, Halal) and related compliance requirements.

- Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

- Experience in international trade, export documentation, and working with government and regulatory agencies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for engaging clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.

- Prior experience in a senior management role in manufacturing, food processing, or export business is highly desirable.

- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
