Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects from piling, RCC structure, finishing, MEP, external development to handover.

- Implement and optimize Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) technology to ensure speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness in high-rise/residential construction.

- Oversee piling operations, RCC structures, and finishing activities to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards.

- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and proactive mitigation of delays.

- Ensure cost control and budget adherence through effective resource planning and tracking project expenses.





- Drive quality assurance and safety compliance across all project activities, in line with ISO/ standards.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to ensure timely approvals, inspections, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and productivity.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate large site teams, including project engineers, supervisors, and support staff.

- Prepare periodic MIS reports, progress updates, and risk assessments for top management.
