nWe are looking for a sales manager/growth manager/revenue manager for the flagship 1-year PGP at Altera Institute. The program attracts some of the brightest minds from around the country, and this individual will lead the team responsible for counselling all applicants.

nThis is a managerial role and this individual will carry the responsibility of the entire team’s output.

nThis role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage people effectively,

- Managing student experience to maximise # applicants and admissionsn
- Tracking end-to-end admissions data to support the team with insights for better outputn
- Closing admissions directly for select candidates that need intervention beyond the team’s effortsn
- Managing downstream admission process with application forms, assessments and interviewsn

nTeam Management

- Leading a team of admissions consultants to counsel thousands of aspirants to Altera Instituten
- Setting goals, managing daily and weekly productivity of the teamn
- Assisting the team with objection handling for key candidates to drive closuren
