ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES • Connect with individuals and potential donors to explain UNICEF’s work supporting children and women.

- Communicate campaign objectives and explain how donations support child welfare, education, health, nutrition, and protection initiatives.
- Engage with prospective donors in a professional, courteous, and persuasive manner through the assigned channel (such as face-to-face, calling, or events).
- Encourage voluntary donations and assist interested supporters with the approved donation process.
- Respond to donor questions clearly and provide accurate information using approved campaign materials.
- Maintain donor interaction records, follow campaign guidelines, and meet assigned outreach or fundraising targets.




- Build positive relationships with supporters while following ethical fundraising practices and respecting donor privacy. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or donor acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging current people.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working toward campaign targets.
- Ability to explain social-impact initiatives with clarity, honesty, and professionalism.
