Lead Functional Consultant / Client Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to work closely with manufacturing clients and lead the discovery, solutioning, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on consulting role that combines functional leadership, solution design, client engagement, and delivery ownership. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, define future-state processes, and design scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business discovery and solutioning engagements for manufacturing organizations.
- Understand business processes, identify pain points and opportunities, and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Define and design future-state business processes and solution architectures in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Lead client discussions and pre-sales engagements, presenting solutions and business value to senior stakeholders.
- Work across enterprise systems including ERP, PLM/Product Engineering platforms, and Sales platforms.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and integrated solutions.
- Lead the functional design of Data Lakehouse architectures based on business and functional requirements.
- Apply concepts such as star schema, snowflake schema,



and dimensional modelling for analytics and reporting solutions.
- Own solution delivery from high-level strategy through detailed execution.
- Collaborate closely with clients, functional teams, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful implementation.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in functional consulting, business consulting, solution consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or supply chain processes.
- Experience working with ERP and enterprise business applications.
- Strong business process understanding with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Experience in functional discovery, solution design, and client-facing consulting.
- Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning, or executive stakeholder discussions.
- Understanding of Data Lakehouse, dimensional modelling, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work hands-on across both strategic and detailed execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to the US, based on project requirements.
