- 4-5 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development, including distributed design patterns like the SAGA pattern.
- Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, with deep execution of API versioning, advanced exception handling, API security, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases), Docker containerization, and hosting/deployment configurations on IIS.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
