About The Role The Full-Stack Development Intern at Rustic Wisdom will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web and mobile applications that embody our core mission of promoting health and wellness through technology. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on live products used by real customers from the outset, providing hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, and user-centric solutions. The intern will be responsible for translating Figma designs into functional React and React Native screens, integrating APIs with backend systems, and ensuring a smooth user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the intern will participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, contributing directly to the stability, performance, and security of our products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), requiring active collaboration with product managers, designers, and operations teams to deliver impactful features aligned with our mission.

Qualifications





- Strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript, with practical experience in TypeScript is essential.
- Proficiency in React for web development, demonstrated through personal projects or prior work beyond tutorials.
- Ability to interpret Figma designs accurately and translate them into responsive, functional code.
- Understanding of how front-end applications communicate with APIs, including REST and GraphQL protocols.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, including branching, commits, and pull requests.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and databases.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to debugging and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and document technical work clearly.
- Availability for full-time engagement for a minimum of 6 months, with a commitment to learning and growth.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Transform Figma designs into fully responsive, interactive web and mobile screens using React and React Native.
- Develop and connect APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and backend systems.
- Fix bugs, optimize existing functionalities, and enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Build, test,



and deploy iOS and Android applications on real devices to ensure performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and follow best practices for software development.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.
- Assist in maintaining code quality, performance, and security standards across all platforms.

Benefits During the internship, participants will receive a stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 per month, determined by performance and reviewed periodically. The internship duration ranges from 6 to 9 months, offering a comprehensive experience across the full technology stack, including front-end, mobile, and cloud backend development. Interns will have the prospect to own features from conception to deployment, with guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals. Successful interns may be considered for pre-placement offers, providing a pathway to full-time roles within Rustic Wisdom. Additionally, interns will earn a certificate of completion and a strong professional reference, enhancing their career prospects in the tech and health sectors.
