Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced FullStack Development Trainer to deliver training sessions to aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to teach core concepts, industry best practices, and the latest trends in web development. The trainer will help individuals and teams master the skills required to become successful FullStack Development through structured, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on FullStack web development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
- Teach essential skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL, and other related technologies.
- Provide real-world coding exercises, projects, and code reviews to ensure participants gain practical knowledge.
- Monitor and assess learners’ progress, offering constructive feedback and additional support when necessary.
- Keep the training curriculum updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Guide students through capstone projects and help them build portfolio-ready applications.
- Assist in the development of course materials, including slides, hand-outs, and instructional videos.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep the training relevant.




- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide mentorship to students, answering questions, and offering career advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong experience as a FullStack Development with a minimum of 1 years in web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, and databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience in developing and deploying web applications using popular tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex topics.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications in web development or cloud platforms. (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
