Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications and new feature enhancements.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Create and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas and technical improvements to enhance product capabilities.
- Work effectively as a Scrum team member and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness.
- Minimize technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues while ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, and REST API integration.




- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
- Experience in state management and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with contemporary frontend build tools and package managers.
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and microservices environments.
