Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

· Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

· Integrate AI/ML capabilities and AI-powered features into web applications where applicable.

· Work with AI APIs, LLMs, generative AI tools, or AI-based automation solutions.

· Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and secure code.

· Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance.

· Assign tasks, monitor development progress, and ensure timely project delivery.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

· Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

· Ensure application security, reliability, and quality standards.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly AI, Generative AI, and contemporary full-stack development practices.





Required Skills · 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

· Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, or handling development teams.

· Solid experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

· Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

· Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML technologies, AI APIs, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered applications.

· Experience with AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.

· Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.

· Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.

· Knowledge of Git version control and Agile methodologies.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

· Ability to independently handle technical tasks and guide team members.

Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

· Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is preferred.

· Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven features or automation solutions.

· Experience managing project deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

· Exposure to system design, software architecture, and scalability best practices.
