We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead who can independently manage frontend and backend development across our web and mobile application projects.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, execution-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and coordination with other developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications.
- Work on responsive web applications and support mobile application development.
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, authentication systems, dashboards, admin panels, and third-party services.
- Review existing code, identify issues, improve performance, and resolve bugs.
- Support deployment, production fixes, version releases, and environment management.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, API testing, and end-to-end software testing.
- Verify whether developed features match the approved requirements and business logic.
- Identify edge cases, technical risks, bugs, and usability issues before client release.
- Take ownership of assigned software projects from development through testing and deployment.
- Guide and supervise junior developers, review their work, assign technical tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate development priorities and provide clear technical progress updates to management.
- Support AI integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and other emerging technology integrations where required.
- Maintain clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Help establish proper development, testing, code review, and release processes within the team.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js,



JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong backend development knowledge using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud/backend platforms.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL, Supabase, Firebase, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and team-oriented development workflows.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and API integration.
- Ability to test applications systematically and troubleshoot both frontend and backend issues.
- Experience with deployment and cloud environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM API integrations will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For We need someone who is not limited to only frontend or backend development. The candidate should be comfortable understanding the complete application architecture, taking responsibility for technical delivery, and stepping in wherever required.

The person should be able to work independently, manage priorities, guide other developers, and ensure that applications are properly developed and tested before release.

We value ownership, problem-solving ability, speed of execution, attention to detail, and accountability more than simply the number of technologies listed on a résumé.

Experience

Preferred: 2–4 years of relevant full-stack software development experience.

Candidates with slightly lower experience but strong technical ownership, practical project experience, and leadership capability may also be considered.
